Intro
Job ResponsibilitiesIn coordination with Program Manager and Regional Manager, responsible for the overall management of construction projects within a given market that may span multiple geographic regions. Ensures construction projects are completed on time and oversees all Real Estate activity and A&E to the client's satisfaction at market level. Assists in staffing, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines, and evaluating performance. Responsible for Program financial budgets in achieving the financial targets established in the market on the program. The Market manager typically manages multiple contracts in a single market totaling over $10m. Market Manager is held responsible for not only Schedule but all P&L functions and EBIT relating to the market they have been placed in charge of.
Required Education May require a bachelor's degree with at least 5 - 7 years of management level experience in the telecommunication and/or construction and Real Estate field.
Required Work Experience Comprehensive knowledge with a variety of the business concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to Regional Manager
